It is the Coby TF-DVD7050, 7″ portable tablet style dvd player. If I put it on pause or prestop for more than a minute, then I won’t have enough battery life to watch a whole movie.

This is not a very good player, the battery will last only around 2hrs per charge. You may need to buy an extra rechargeable battery for your player.

just a FYI Coby isn’t the best brand. Also, Depending on how long you have had it. Its either came defective or the battery is just bad. Call Coby if they have a number and see what they can do for you.
